Christmas Message from Money.je

We launched our page late in September and the website – in October, amid the economic uncertainty, squeeze of real incomes and a “get rich quick” scheme for some, known as the “housing crisis” for others.

Naturally, we focused on those burning issues. That quickly attracted followers whose opinions, comments and activities we value.

It also attracted opposition from those who apparently gain from the lack of transparency, inefficiency and emotionally suppressing and misleading practices of the residential real estate markets.

Our articles have provided a framework for thinking and evaluating the pricing and mortgage considerations and have provided our readers with a background enabling them not to take the information at face value and be able to negotiate effectively.

The “thank you” messages and feedback received from our readers are invaluable.

Fair market practices and pricing are to benefit all the market participants. Quality information and analysis help achieve market efficiencies, which has been our goal.

During the three months, we have also produced three cartoons. The last one was Christmas-themed, and we want to reshare it again as we approach Christmas day (agents, please take it easy).

In 2023, we plan to improve our website and create a following on platforms other than Facebook. Content-wise – we will continue writing on the issues which we think are the most pressing ones without creating an artificial variety of articles. Our style will be unchanged – critical analysis.

There are still seven days to the year’s end, so we will still have an opportunity to write an article or two, but for now, we want to take this opportunity to thank you all for your following and wish you Merry Christmas.
